Dear community, due to the incoming third halving scheduled for first week of October, there's a technical decision that we need to make on In the DAO thread a reduction of 2.5% system was agreed on (leading to a ~3.75% actual APR), however upon embarking with the technical execution a small limitation was realized. The system APR can be modified into whole numbers only. This means the next halving can either be 2% or 3% system APR, which would lead to an actual APR of 3% or 4.5% due to the difference between circulating supply and total supply. Since the reduction of the APR has already been approved, to avoid delays we won't issue a new DAO vote, but rather focus on an internal poll here with all HYDRA members.
